Once a project has been assigned, we develop a detailed Strategy Implementation Plan in order to effectively plan, monitor, schedule and execute the project in a timely and cost-effective manner. Simultaneously we begin to explore economically viable and proven value engineering alternatives, as well as determine pricing. Once the wheels are set in motion, we move on to the coordination stage, which involves reviewing all elements of the project with consultants, the client and the sub-trades who will be involved.
Progressing to the execution phase involves maintaining momentum, meeting targets, and ensuring our logistics are in place and our sub-trades prepared. From start to finish, clients have direct access to top management, which ensures full accountability and speedy resolution of any issues or concerns. Elite Construction works with several key sub-trades who are instrumental in successfully delivering the project, while maintaining clear channels of communication with all organizations involved in the project.
